All the services provided must strictly observe the rule, terms of service and operation regulation set up by the company. The action of clicking on the submission button after finish all the signup process signifies that the user accepts all the terms of service and has reached agreement with the company. |
| 2.Modification of the services |
| Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel Co. Ltd reserves the right to make modification or stop services without notifying the users. Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel Co. Ltd need not be responsible for the user or any third party when making modifications or stop the services. |

(3)Under emergency maximally save the privacy security of the individual users and that of the public as a whole.

| 7.The saving of the member information and certain restrictions |

| 8.User management |

(3)They should not interfere with, or disturb the services.

Net membership service uses Internet to send and receive information. Thus, users' behavior is guided by relevant national laws, regulations and procedures about Internet. Users should promise not to transfer any information that is illegal, disturbing, slanderous, insulting, threatening, obscene or harmful to others. Apart from that, users must not transfer any information to instigate others to break the law; which may give rise to some unfavorable factors within our country; which may threaten national safety; which are not in accord with the national and local laws and regulations as well as the international standards. It is not allowed to enter other net systems without permission. If users can not observe the service terms mentioned above, Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel will stop the account promptly.
Users have to shoulder the legal responsibilities for their behavior in net membership service. If the user use the service to disseminate, spread retroactive, pornographic, or any other information that might breach Chinese law. Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel maintains a system to keep track of what the users have done in the membership services. |
| 9.Guarantee |
| The users must guarantee that and help protect the interests of all the members of Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel |
| 10.Termination of Service |
Members can terminate the service provided by Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel at any time, and so can the company. If members have any objections to the terms of service and their subsequent modifications, or are not satisfied with the membership service, they may only have the following recourse rights:
(1)discontinue their use of the membership service
(2) stop their qualification as a member
(3) notify Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel to end their membership service
Members will no longer be entitled to the membership service the minute it terminates. From then on, Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel will not bear any responsibilities to the former members. |
| 11.Notification |
| All the notification to members can be sent via e-mail or regular mail. Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel will apply the above-mentioned service to notify members of important information such as modification of terms of services, change of service or any other significant occurrences. |
| 12.Participating in Advertisement Planning |
| Members may add propaganda materials or participate in advertisement planning, or display their products through the free membership service. All the cost involved in dispatching, payment, service, guarantee and advertising is only an affair between the member and advertisers. Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel is not responsible for any such service, nor does the membership service is responsible for covering part of the cost. |
| 13.Proprietary right of the contents of mails |
| The contents that members can define include words, software, sound, photos, videotapes, diagrams, etc., contents in advertisements and e-mails as well as the commercial information provided by the membership service of Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel. All these contents are protected by copyright law, trade mark law, tag law and other proprietary laws. Member may only use these contents through the authorization of Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel and advertisers. They may never copy create contents, products or any other derivatives. |
| 14.Law |
The terms of service of mails must be in line with the interpretation of the law, including conflicting contents in the law. Members and Qingdao Oceanwide Elite Hotel agree to obey the resolution of the Supreme Court. If any terms of services are in conflict with the law, these terms will be reinterpreted in the principle of maximum proximity, while other terms will still remain effective.
